What data do we process?
We have a contact form on our website to get in touch with potential customers and to ask questions about our services. We process your name, email address and data that you provide to us via the 'Message' input field via this contact form.

We process the data we receive from you for our services to you. This includes answering questions or sending a quote(s).
How long do we store personal data?
Data received via the contact form on our website will be stored indefinitely.
How do we process data?
We offer web hosting and email services for our customers. We purchase these services from our hosting partner. Our hosting partner processes personal data on our behalf but does not use your data for its own purposes. However, metadata can be collected about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Appropriate technical measures have been taken to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data.

4. Changes to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. You will always find the most recent version on this page. If the new privacy policy has consequences for the way in which we process your already collected personal data, we will inform you by e-mail.
